Paulo made over 240 Kilimanjaro’s summit attempts. He brings to the team dedication and a belief that tourism should benefit all involved in the sector, from clients to employees to the people who live in the mountains, cities, or rivers that attract travelers from all over the world.

to a wide range of experience and knowledge about the mountain, and it’s environment; he began to pursue his dream to become a professional guide and commenced his studies for guiding the year 2011. He attended a course in Wildlife knowledge, social anthropology and professional guiding skills at the Nairobi Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management for a year.
