Day 01 :

Arrival – Marrakech

Group welcome at Marrakech Airport
Hotel check-in
Introductory meeting and general overview of the camp and its rules

Transfer to Imlil Village

Transfer by bus from Marrakech to the village of Imlil
Arrival and settling into the lodge
Team task distribution (cooking / farming / documentation / communication)
Reading the camp rules
Handing in phones and watches

Camp Day 1 – Human and the Mountain

Fajr prayer + silent morning hike
Team tasks (cooking, farming, documentation, communication)
Theoretical workshop with Saud: “The Human and the Mountain” – the history of the mountain and the story of Everest
Daily reading and journaling
Light talk before sleep
