Overview
Educational and empowering camp for women will take place in the mountainous countryside of Nagano Prefecture, central Japan. Designed exclusively for ladies, this retreat focuses on reorganizing habits, rediscovering priorities, and fostering personal growth. Participants will stay in a A roughly 180-year-old traditional Japanese folk house (“KAKOI”), surrounded by rich nature in Yasuoka village, Nagano Prefecture. The schedule includes meaningful tasks and responsibilities that help cultivate time awareness and intentional living. Workshops will offer guidance on self-discipline, wellness, and personal development. Mountain climbing and nature-based activities are integrated into the program to deepen the participants’ connection with the landscape and enhance their physical and mental resilience.
The house features a traditional sunken hearth (irori) area for gathering around the fire with family or friends, and a private sauna followed by relaxing outdoor air-bathing in nature. At night, the sky fills with stars far from city lights. Pets are welcome.
