The journey begins with a preparation phase that introduces students to the destination and the educational objectives of the program, followed by an immersive field experience designed to develop their cognitive, practical, and personal skills through real-life activities and challenges. The program also prepares students to navigate new environments by developing time and budget management, decision-making, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and personal responsibility.
