Overview
Step into an intimate live cooking experience at PANGAEA Camp, where Saudi chef Ibrahim brings the soul of the Arabian Gulf straight to your table.
Ibrahim trained in culinary arts in Switzerland for four years and has worked in award-winning international restaurants — but his heart, and his menu, are rooted closer to home. For this experience, he draws inspiration from the coastal city of Dammam, crafting Mouj Al Khalij (“Gulf Waves”) — an original seafood-forward menu that celebrates the rich flavors and traditions of the Gulf, reimagined through a refined, modern lens.
This isn’t a global tasting menu. It’s something far more personal — a cuisine Ibrahim invented, shaped by memory, by the sea, and by years of culinary discipline. Each dish tells a story of the Gulf coast, presented live as guests watch, taste, and connect.
Seats are limited. Each night is a unique experience.
